Special Events
Events could include an afternoon trip to a waterfront establishment for a cold beverage, an all day excursion along a river, or a special holiday outing. We offer a variety of fun events throughout the season too!
Our first event to start the 2025 season will be a Dutch costume paddle during Tulip Time! See below for more details or to sign up. And stay tuned for more info and dates/times for additional events all season.

Tulip Time Dutch Costume Paddle 〰️
Join us for our annual Tulip Time event! Find your Dutch costumes and come on out as we paddle to Windmill Island where the tourists enjoy seeing our fleet in Dutch attire!
We start from Paw Paw Park (away from the Tulip Time downtown congestion) and traverse Macatawa River to Windmill Island.
Due to time of year and colder water, this event is for experienced paddlers. We paddle approximately 5 miles round trip.
This outing includes beverages and snacks. We do have a bin of Dutch costumes and accessories available on a first come first serve basis, or we encourage you to wear your own!
Reduced rate if you have your own board or kayak.
Beginner Instruction Classes
New to SUP? Although most of our tours include basic instruction, if you’d like more one-on-one, detailed instruction in a beginner environment, this class is for you! Offered on Gilligan Lake, a quiet inland lake on the south side of Holland (Laketown Township), this small group class is a perfect choice. This one-hour class is a great way to learn how to SUP in a beginner-friendly atmosphere.
Currently these classes are being scheduled by appointment only. $40 for a one hour session for one person. Or $30 per person with 2-3 people for the one-hour session.
